July Part 2: The Reunion

After the zoo we headed up to Tremonton to Bear Hollow Lakes. This place has been a family tradition for our reunions for several years now. We love the private location and being able to spend time together and enjoy the water as a family.

It was really fun to see Porter and Brooke maneuver the kayaks on their own. We didn't have to stay right by them in the water, which was really nice.
While Grant napped, this my view while I read my book on the dock.

Exactly how many cousins (and dog) can fit on one paddle board?
Porter saw his two older (by several years) cousins jump their bikes off the dock and into the lake. He decided to follow their example with his big-wheel.

 Love my beach baby!

It's tradition to hold an auction (with fake money) each year. Porter had his eye set on this truck and was thrilled when his bid won it!
At the end of the auction, the cousins opened up a huge tub of water balloons.

The last night, Grant woke up crying with a fever. He ended up sleeping in our bed.

Goodbye lake! See you next year!
