We woke up on day 3 and went one a family bike ride to a nature center where the kids had a blast feeding the ducks. Grant LOVES birds. He knows the sign for bird and it's the first thing he looks for out the window when he wakes up. Needless to say, he was in heaven with all the ducks begging for food.
Saturday afternoon we visited the St. George LDS Temple Visitor's Center. They just updated about 6 months ago and had some really neat family friendly exhibits. It was fun to show our kids a little of pioneer history (early church pioneers in Utah built the St. George temple) and have them ask questions.
We spent day 4 enjoying our last day of cable TV-- so silly I know, but we don't subscribe to cable or satellite television so this is a real treat when we get it. And not the WHOLE day, of course! We also spent it as our last pool day and visiting with Great-Grandma Riley.
To finish it off, we went to the park before bed.
Brooke wanted me to take a picture of her by this tree. She even picked out the pose.
Goodbye St. George! We had a blast enjoying the many activities and spending time together as a family.
